Haviland & Co. registered Cable and Bar in the English Kew Registry under Earthenware which is a broad catagory that included salt glazed pottery, ironstone and porcelain. Haviland & Co. was known for their production of porcelain. It is likely that what appears to be ironstone is actually undecorated porcelain.
